  • 512 channels for testing advanced integrated circuits
  • All 512 Pin Drivers can be used for Latch-up testing or ESD Characterization Tests
  • Vector input capability is available for IC pre-conditioning when needed
  • Three separate V/I supplies are available for DUT power, curve tracing and latch-up stimulus.
