We are ISO 17025 Accredited and typically operate to JEDEC standards. All equipment is routinely calibrated and profiled and chart recorders at each chamber in the lab record actual chamber conditions to ensure compliance to specified customer requirements.

HTOL (DHTL, SHTL)—Aehr Test Max 3 Burn-in Systems
These powerful yet flexible systems operate to 200C. Aehr Test Max 3 systems allow for fully programmable vectors and voltages, 72 channels on each board, and 3 power supplies per board. (additional power supplies can be added to the system externally). There is a 60-positions-per-chamber capacity.

HTOL (DHTL, SHTL)—ADEC Burn-in Systems
These ADEC systems operate up to 160C. ADEC systems allow for vector programming and voltages can be programmed in groups. These systems have 2 power supplies and 48 channels per board. There is a 56-positions-per-chamber capacity.
HTOL (DHTL, SHTL)—Despatch Ransco Burn-in Systems
These Despatch Ransco systems operate up to 210C. These systems allow for vector programming and voltage programming through the use of EPROMS inserted into the board itself. Our systems have from 4 to 12 internal power supplies (3 power supplies per position) and more can be added externally. There are 50 channels per board available and they use MPU style boards. There is a 52-positions-per-chamber capacity.
HTSL—Blue M Temperature Storage Systems
Our Blue M High Temperature Storage Life chambers can operate up to 260C and can hold up to 10 vessels per chamber (we have eight chambers).
HAST (Biased & Unbiased)—Trio-tech Express Test 6000-X
These HAST systems provide pressure, temperature, and humidity, up to 130C, 95% RH, and 55 PSI. The stress is typically run at 110 ? C, 85% RH, and 10 PSI. We are able to provide external monitoring of conditions during stress and can monitor voltages as well through aftermarket retrofits. We operate three full-size systems.
TMCL (Air-to-air)—Ransco Temperature Cycling Systems
Our Ransco Temperature Cycling Systems operate from -70 C to +200 C with up to 30 lbs capacity in of our four chambers using liquid nitrogen (LN2) for system temperature control.
PPOT (Autoclave)—Trio-tech Express Test System
Our Trio-tech Express Test Systems provide non-biased pressurization environment up to 55 PSI. We can handle 8” wafers, PCB’s, and individual packaged parts. Capacity is available up to 1000’s of parts.
SOLDER REFLOW SIMULATION—Heller 1700 System
Our Heller 1700 system provides stress to standard packages as well as lead-free packages to simulate the solder reflow process your parts will undergo during final assembly. This system operates up to 295 C and includes heat zones for pre-heating, ramp-up, peak temperature, and ramp-down conditions.
PTMCL, DLTL, SLTL—Russell Custom System
Our custom-built Russell LTOL/PTMCL system provides unique, hard-to-find biased temperature cycling at a range of -40 C to +135 C and dynamic or static low temperature Operating Life with 26 positions for boards, 50 channels per board (MPU Style), and 3 voltages per position. This system is the only one of its kind here in the Silicon Valley.
85/85 THBD, THBS, THNB—Despatch Ransco Systems
Our Despatch Ransco systems offer 42 positions per chamber on MPU-style boards, 3 power supplies per position (more available externally), and are fully programmable through use of EPROMS on the driver boards.
