	Nano Measurements,Inc provides customers with full burn-in board procurement services when requested. We can give you feedback on your schematic design and then take that design from artwork approval to final stress, cleaning, and storage. The board procurement process is as follows:

We clean all boards after stress in a Zenith Ultrasonics board cleaning system for three quarters of an hour. After the boards are cleaned and dried by the Zenith Ultrasonics system they are then vacuum sealed in ESD-safe plastic shielding prior to storage in a temperature controlled storage room. Then, prior to reuse, we use our Alpha Metals Ionograph 500M SMD II to check boards for ion contamination so that our customers can be sure that their boards are ultra clean before they are used for environmental stress.
